How to Pay

1. Contact Flora Vault to confirm your requested changes, availability and the additional amount before purchasing.
2. Set the quantity to match the amount confirmed by our team. For example, an agreed CA$15 additional charge requires a quantity of 15.
3. Provide your original order number and the agreed service in your order note, if available, or send them to us directly.

The quantity total represents the agreed additional charge before any applicable taxes shown at checkout.

• Bouquet upgrades: a larger size, extra flower stems, fuller arrangements or premium flower varieties.
• Special colour and design requests: custom palettes, special materials, sourcing requests or more detailed arrangements.

• Optional fragrance: a fragrance enhancement, only when requested and confirmed for the arrangement.
• Decorative accessories: teddy bears, ribbons, pearl details, decorative picks, charms or other approved embellishments.
• Packaging upgrades: premium wrapping, gift boxes, baskets, containers or additional protective packaging.
• Additional gifts: agreed gift items included with your floral order.
• Special services: rush preparation, approved changes after confirmation, special delivery arrangements, extra delivery distance or redelivery, where an additional charge has been agreed.

Services, materials and pricing vary by request. Only pay for items and services confirmed by Flora Vault; purchasing this listing alone does not automatically reserve a bouquet or any specific add-on.
